Really lovely stay, weather was kind for this time of year. Lovely cosy warm, well equipped house! Thank you for the milk and Welsh cakes, much appreciated. Visited Newport, Llangranog, New Quay, Aberporth and Newcastle Emlyn. Lovely walks and little coffee shops! Home via Tenby. Hope to be back - next time with the dogs.

Andrea, Stuart, Dean and Kassi the boxer

Excellent 4 night stay. House is fab, wanting for nothing. Fishguard is a lovely little village - locals so welcoming. Kassi the dog loved lower town 'beach' - When the tide was out! Thank you so much for everything we could need!

Karen Young

Fantastic holiday cottage - was everything one could wish for, so well equipped. Fantastic walks with the dogs - Fishguard is a lovely place, some excellent shops. Booked to come back in February.

Laura Fletcher

Lovely stay in a perfect home, beautiful walk to lower town and the tide was out so I was able to take the dogs down the steps to the beach. Completed a 27 tier jenga game! must be a world record! Thank you so much, everything I could need in a family home.

John, Sue and Reggie

Went to Whitesands beach, near St Davids and took Coastal Path from right hand side of car park. Walked for approx 30 mins and saw 4 seals, 5 beautiful sealpups when we looked over the cliffedge down onto the pebbly beach. Amazing sight. Treated ourselves to an "early bird" meal (go before 6:45) at the Wolfcastle Hotel delicious freshly cooked 3 courses, excellent quality and service. Highly recommend. And the cafe on the quay at lower town - in the summer - closing party on 20 Sept. Enjoy every!

Brenda and Bill

A lovely 4 day break, weather for November, been fine and sunny. It's like stepping back in time, don't get this not giving out carrier bags in any shops, yet prices are the same in England. And having to pay for car parking with disabled badge. This will not help the welsh tourist board. This House is perfect and we wanted for nothing!

Mavis Cox and Susan Filers

A very enjoyable 4 night break, warm and comfortable. Love the area. Thank you!

Wendy and Chris

We have really enjoyed a 4 night break in this lovely house that has everything anyone could want and is warm and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Charlotte Passe and Andrew Kerr

Thank you so much for letting us stay in this lovely home. We had a lovely relaxing time after a busy holiday, much needed!

Claire and party

What a fantastic week, we had fabulous weather and loved this house, a warm feel to it. Visited many places and managed to see some wild seal on our last day at Porthclais. We come every year and this park of the UK is so lovely no doubt. Right off home to sulk now! Try: Mwnt, Boherston Lilly Ponds, Dinas cross...or just drive and see what you come across! Thanks again for a wonderful break.

The Rigby's

Lovely welcome with tea and milk etc, Thank you! We enjoyed our stay in your lovely house. Love the down stairs shower. Thank you for the 'welcome' pages with suggestions visits - we went to most of them! We can high recommend going to Freshwater West, beautiful beaches and rockpools. Gte a burger there too - delicious! (set your sat nav to take you to Castle Martin and follow signs from there) The Pwll Gwelod beach is nice too, highly recommend the pub there - great seafood! Stumble Head is definitely worth a visit, as well as Lower Fishgaurd. Thank you!

The Cox Family

A good centre to explore the North Pembrokeshire country side. Highlights, a pint of bitter at The Dyffryn Arms in Cwn Gwaun. We arrived in time to see the RNLI fundraiser with a duck race and open water swim at Lower Town and would recommend coasterring for anyone aged 8-80!

Kathy, Bethan and Grace the dog.

Beautiful countryside, good weather - a very enjoyable holiday. Missed our ice cream in the evenings as the freezer not freezing. Great enclosed garden for the dog/

Yvonne and Shawn Sandell and Sue and John Fletcher

Discovered a new favourite pub - The Globe in Fishguard, log burning stove, brilliant juke box with all our favourite songs. Chatty, friendly barman and lady, went to Ffwyn - welsh for "oven", extremely quirky - fresh baked bread, expensive but interesting!! Leave all afternoon as the speed of the service allows plenty of time to look and walked from Amroth to Laugharne. Pendine sands well worth a visit! After a 7 hour journey in torrential rain we were very relieved to arrive! We went on an amazing walk from Bosherston Lilly ponds to the green bridge and the Castle Martin firing range with the biggest colony of wild birds in Pembs on the stack and crack. Then tiny St Govans Chapel and lovely meals at St Govan's Inn.

Our fourth year in this still very beautiful holiday home - and we were not let down by the fantastic new year celebrations on Fishguard Square. Trip out to "The Canteen" in Newport: the carrot cake and scones are a must. Thanks so very much, a fantastic break.

Enjoyed a lovely relaxing break in your beautiful house. Love the decor and all the little finishing touches. Bed is very comfortable. The short wal;k down to Fishguard is just right and on down to Lower Fishguard - so pretty, and back to a warm and welcoming home is perfect - thanks very much!

Molly & Madge with their owners the Allens

Had a great time dragging our owners around. Loved the big park in town and lots of rabbit smells around the coastal path. Chased frisbees - caught them and left them for our owners to find. Wanted to chase seabirds and rabbits but our crafty owners would not let us off our leads. Plenty of room to play in the garden so loved it. p.s. Got lots of new tips from the Dastardly Book for Dogs - woof woof wag wag - Molly and Madge. We loved it too - the owners.

You have a warm and welcoming holiday home - we had everything we needed - nothing more is needed for this fantastic home. We loved all the small touches. It is a warm and loving home - we felt very rested, relaxed and de-stressed and we settled in so quickly. We loved Fishguard and the surrounding area, a peaceful haven away from the hubbub of life. Thank you for sharing this special place with us, we would love to come back one day.

Number 8 felt so homely even when we're thousands of miles from home. The house was very cosy and easy to find everything, and in perfect walking distance from the town. I enjoyed my holiday here very much and being in a home rather than a house made all the difference. Thank you very much.

An excellent break - fantastic walks - the ziggy zaggy down to lower town, Solva - picturesque bay; Porthgain a must, to the Sloop Inn; Strumble Head, watching the dolphins and many porpoise! Shopping, too many to mention but "Window on Wales" is a must (in Solva.) A huge thank you to the housekeeper and caretaker; so hospitable, caring and obliging - nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to next year, already counting the days. p.s. Welsh cakes from Y Pantry on Golden Mile are a must!

We had a lovely week. A very stunning area ans coastline. All three of us are tired and aching from so much walking and exploring! Nice to be able to come home to a cosy and comfortable house at the end of a long walk! Would recommend Bar 5 and the quiz at the Royal Oak pub in the square on Sunday nights!

Anon

A fab house, thouroughly enjoyed it - the garden is great for dogs. Boat trip around Cardigan Bay was very enjoyable, a "bay to remember." Worth it just for the grey seals (pups)- too cute. Bar 5 in Fishguard has wonderful food and good service. Walks around Dinas head give stunning views.

A really lovely house, a real home from home. We'll recommend it. We had a great time, the kids loved Folly Farm. We were lucky enough to see seals at Strumble Head and Cardigan Coastal Farm Park - both beautiful places. A very enjoyable week, thank you.

Will definitely be back with new walking boots! Would recommend walks from Strumble Head - good for spotting seals and Porthgain is beautiful - saw dolphons from here. Had lovely meals at 3 Main Street and Coast in St. Davids.
